Program Overview:

To help governmental agencies meet evolving cyber security threats, CSRA is supporting the Department of Homeland Security five-year Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Dynamic and Evolving Federal Enterprise Network Defense (DEFEND) program.  This Program is a dynamic approach to fortifying the cybersecurity of Government networks and systems.  The Program enables the Federal Government along with state, local, regional, and tribal governments, with the ability to enhance and further automate their existing continuous network monitoring capabilities, correlate and analyze critical cybersecurity-related information, and enhance risk-based decision making at the Agency and Federal enterprise level.

Position Overview:

Evaluates, recommends, and implements automated test tools and strategies. Designs, implements, and conducts test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met. Develops, maintains, and upgrades automated test scripts and architectures for application products. Also writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing. Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports. Serves as subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications. Participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design and test tools selection.
