Become an integral part of our fast paced and talented Operations group with MBO Partners, a leader in workforce management.
You will be the "go to" person supporting very large client programs with a specific focus on onboarding and payroll.  If you're looking for a place to expand your skills, this position offers you the opportunity to delve into a variety of work, interact with a variety of departments within the organization - such as Finance and HR - and learn the business functions on a more intimate level in Operations. You will be the point person for many of day-to-day functions in support of the clients assigned to your team. 
 
Under the guidance and mentorship of your Team Manager, you'll gain a deeper understanding of the Programs you are supporting as well as the legal and technical issues that impact the industry.  A key part of your responsibilities will be onboarding new hires and ensuring that all processes and procedures are running smoothly and are in alignment with the Program goals. Fanatical attention to detail will be critical as you help with processing new hires and ensuring accuracy in their set up.  You love working with people in our fast-paced environment, you are cool under pressure, take challenges head-on and strive for perfection in everything that you do.  At MBO Partners, we will provide you with opportunities to learn the detailed nuances of Operations for a leading workforce management organization.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onboarding and operational support for large client programs
  • Educate consultants and contractors on the details of our systems and programs.
  • Assist with onboarding process including new hire paperwork completion, e-verify, background checks, etc.
  • Promptly  research and resolve issues relating to time entry and approval, expense reimbursement, payroll, and other HR and payment related items.
  • Reporting and Analysis related to enrollment status’ and client program details
  • Utilize MBO’s proprietary online system to process transactions and identify issues proactively
  • Audit online reports to ensure accounts accurately reflect objectives
  • Serve as internal advocate to ensure outstanding service to your clients.
  
Qualifications:  
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year of experience working in a professional office environment including roles in either human resources, finance or banking, administration, customer service or operations.
  • Good administrative and organizational skills
  • High degree of responsiveness and attention to detail
  • Ability to research and resolve issues proactively
  • Positive, professional & friendly demeanor
  • Can work well as part of a team or independently depending on the task
  • Ability to quickly comprehend new concepts and embrace them
  • Comfortable with multitasking and prioritization
