The Customer Success Consultant role exists to assist in the delivery of client marketing solutions and provide day-to-day account support. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker knowledgeable in the online/offline marketing ecosystem. The primary goal of this position is to be a technical overlay providing tactical recommendations on solutions/services relative to client’s goals. In addition, the ability to collaborate and provide input for our internal teams (i.e. Product, Sales, Engineering, etc.) is a must in our everyday work environment.

Key Tasks:

  • Establish client relationships by understanding the account strategy to further enhance technical (and tactical) efforts
  • Align with product team members to gather requirements for solutions and assist with the deployment of proposed strategies
  • Coordinate technical and tactical efforts to operationalize client solutions
  • Implement client initiatives using proprietary applications
  • Contribute to client retention and solution adoption through trainings and general consultative support
  • Understand competitive landscape and articulate the Neustar value proposition through your everyday client communication

Qualifications/Education Requirement:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in operational support or account management within the Marketing/Media/Advertising industry
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Prior experience with any of the following - DMP, DSP, Trading Desk, Ad Server, Agency, Analytics, Tag Management Solution (TMS), or Publisher - a plus
  • Familiarity with digital marketing technologies and applications
  • Strong organizational, operational, presentation, and project management skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of SQL (or related programming tools) is desirable
  • Ability to demonstrate strong mathematical and problem-solving skills as it relates to the media industry
  • Experience in data management a plus
