Smartronix, Inc., is currently seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator II. Mid-level position and usually FT is used to handle calls and level 1, II and III type tickets as well as escalations that may require a higher skill level. These tasks will be able to be completed with no supervision by CSA LEAD but they may assist as needed for escalations. Domain admin or elevated privileges will be granted for these users once training is completed and confirmed. CSAII may have skill to take on level III tasks without assistance. Natural Career path is to CSA 3, CSA LEAD, Solutions Architect, Deputy or Manager Roles or outside of O&M. #CJPOST
